Client Liaison & Support Desk Administrator

Duties and responsibilities include :

  • Answering visitors queries about the company (Vending Solutions & Italian coffee) telephonically or by email and forwarding email to the right directories.
  • Log calls for clients/ customers coming in by emails or telephonically.
  • Send out reference numbers after logging calls to clients and inform them when we will attend to their calls.
  • Follow up on calls done by calling or emailing clients.
  • Log calls for preventative maintenance: Both chargeable and non-chargeable.
  • For chargeable - Follow up by sending emails and calling clients about the maintenance.
  • For non-chargeable send client reference number and inform client when calls will be attended on.
  • Do quotations on quickbooks and send them to clients for calls logged that are not under warranty.
  • Schedule calls logged and assign technicians to calls they need to attend to.
  • Arranging training for clients.
  • Filling.
  • Ordering of spare parts from suppliers.
  • Dispatching orders from Italian coffee and stock taking through courier companies.
  • Arranging collections and deliveries of machines, spare parts by courier companies.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties requested by management.
  • Seat Clients and provide refreshments for meetings
